Delivery Information

Primeval Designs offers free standard delivery on all UK orders. We take great care in packaging all items to ensure safe delivery to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment your item will be dispatched within 1 working day. Standard delivery orders are sent using My Hermes tracked service or Royal Mail 2nd Class dependant on the weight of the parcel. The delivery time is between 3-5 days but we have found that most items arrive sooner.

We are also happy to offer a 24 hour tracked courier service. The cost for this varies on the weight of the final order so should you require your items quicker please do not hesitate to contact us so that we are able to determine the cost.
